  • Job Scope:

    Responsible for driving the immediate and long-range digital product planning. To participate in defining what products are needed based on our business objectives with the core focus of engaging our fans and customers.

    Key Responsibilities/Duties:

    ▪ Have a start-up mentality, marketing mindset and omni-channel vision in how Flash Entertainment should market to and manage our customers (internal, artists, stakeholders, marketing partners and fans) via our digital products.
    ▪ Measure ROI and KPIs.
    ▪ Define and evolve the product roadmap, product design and specification and execution.
    ▪ Ensure that all B2C products offer a seamless experience, regardless of technical channel or device that will enable us to measure everything – all products should be designed to provide deep insights and understanding of user behavior.
    ▪ Develop, implement and monitor digital product strategies across all our business objectives (Partnership sales, monetized benefits, affiliate marketing, ticketing etc) to ensure that we have the correct omni-channel tech stack and work flows in place to maximize revenue and marketing strategies.
    ▪ Responsible for writing tenders, selecting agencies and overseeing all software development activities, UAT and deployment process to deliver compelling digital products.
    ▪ Develop expert knowledge of key competitors, target markets and a deep understanding of our audiences in order to ensure that our backend digital products can provide data-driven insights to the Business Intelligence Manager.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Media.
    Certified marketing training (Chartered Institute of Marketing, etc.)

    Preferred Experience :
    ▪ At least 6-8 years of product experience with increasing managerial responsibilities. Minimum 3 -5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to product introductions and hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
    ▪ Deep understanding of development, cloud, platform, API integration, databases, business applications and UX.
    ▪ Good Knowledge / experience of all different digital marketing channels, tool and best practices.
    ▪ Background in working in Agencies, retail and sales and marketing teams to bring business needs/objectives/strategies to life through the development of digital products.
    ▪ End-to-end experience managing the product development lifecycle with a proven track record of successfully launching new products and services – on time and within budget.
    ▪ Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and execute strategic initiatives to advance and drive the product direction and vision.
    ▪ Thorough understanding of project management and agile development methodologies.
    ▪ Hands-on technical leader with an ability to manage and work effectively with multiple development teams.
    ▪ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
    ▪ Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines and re-prioritize as necessary to align with current business needs.
    ▪ Proactive sense of urgency with an ability to anticipate, respond, build consensus and pivot to the needs of internal stakeholders and make tough decisions in the face of resource constraints and ambiguity
    ▪ Collaborative and able to successfully bring people from different cultures, disciplines, internal and external together to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Job Scope:

    This position will assist the VP Strategic Planning in supporting top management in strategy formulation, strategic plans execution, strategic process improvements and communication of strategies to all departments and stakeholders. This person will analyze business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations. The SP Manager should make recommendations on alternative courses of action, including risk assessment, capital investment, acquisitions, divestment, and expansion at the corporate level. You will also need to initiate special studies, market and competitive research pertaining to the future opportunities. Finally, the position should support, develop and maintain policies, procedures and processes in the company.

    ▪ Ensure the collation of all information and prepare initial draft of monthly management report based on the inputs from all FLASH Departments.
    ▪ Support in the preparation of quarterly Board reports and presentations based on the inputs from all FLASH Departments.
    ▪ Build and analyze financial models.
    ▪ Develop and implement business development plan and process implementation with VP SP.
    ▪ Research new clients/partners/businesses and assist with project implementation.
    ▪ Assist the VP in implementing change management initiatives to ensure FLASH is equipped with adequate infrastructure and processes to support growth.
    ▪ Apply project management skills for various assignments including bespoke projects (short- and long- term)
    ▪ Support the VP in his asset management duties.
    ▪ Undertake research, preparation and drafting to facilitate business planning and reporting including the development of a long-term business plan FLASH.
    ▪ Support and build business cases including risk management with relevant departments relating to new business opportunities.
    ▪ Undertake, monitor and report business intelligence and research to identify new business opportunities, identify potential risks and drive potential implementation.
    o Support departments in contract negotiations, if required.

    ▪ Ability to engender confidence of management and exercise good judgment in handling sensitive information.
    ▪ Strong oral and written communication skills (including the ability to draft understandable, clear and consistent documents on topics within the areas of responsibility).

    ▪ Ability to close a deal maximizing revenue and minimizing exposure.
    ▪ Strong administrative skills, aptitude and/or experience (e.g. databases, table structures, etc.).
    ▪ Ability to proofread and review accurately (prepare and review contracts, payment request, LPO, contracts, etc.)
    ▪ Strong attention to detail, by being thorough and responsible.
    ▪ High level of stress tolerance.
    ▪ Excellent negotiation skill by being assertive and respectful
    ▪ Bachelor Degree Business, Economics, Finance, preferably a MBA.
    ▪ Formalized business analysis and finance training and certifications


    Preferred Experience:

    ▪ A minimum of 5-7 years strategic planning/business development and research industry experience or investment banking or consulting experience.
    ▪ Event and leisure experience preferred.
